London Build Expo 2025: Architecture, Sustainability & Insights from our Studio
It was an honour to return to Olympia London this year for the London Build Expo 2025. As the UK's leading construction and design show, it serves as a vital space for reconnecting with the industry, meeting fellow professionals, and exploring the future trends of the built environment.
Showcasing at the Architects Hub
We were delighted to be part of the Architects Hub, a dedicated gallery showcasing projects from practices across the UK.
Sevval ArchiTech Studio presented our latest residential works, with a spotlight on the Tooting Residence, Bramwell Close, and Mitcham Lane. Our focus for this year's exhibition was on exploring the design process, introducing our immersive 360° tours, breaking down design steps, and highlighting features of sustainable thinking.
We highlighted how we combine rigorous planning strategies with immersive 360° technology and AI surveys to turn complex, constrained sites into light-filled, functional homes. It was fantastic to discuss these techniques with developers, fellow architects, and industry specialists who stopped by to chat with us.
